NWSA encourages student research and involvement at its annual conferences via scholarship awards.

Award amounts range from $400-1,000.

NWSA offers 100 registration scholarships to accepted presenters and Travel Grants.

Students, scholars and activists with a demonstrated need for financial assistance are encouraged to apply. Particular consideration will be given to assisting student presenters and emerging scholars who have not previously received NWSA registration scholarships.

The registration scholarships and Travel Grants are also intended to encourage the participation of individuals from under-represented constituencies in the NWSA.
