Circulation – Who receives the program?
Crucial to conference marketing, the NWSA Conference Program is a large book for a large conference. Reach approximately 1,200 conference registrants – including NWSA members and nonmembers – who attend the NWSA Annual Conference, by advertising in this essential conference guide. Seeing your ad with your booth number ensures you are on each attendee's "map" – reinforcing your booth objectives for the show.

Bleeds – Available within Program text pages with a bleed size of 8.1/2" x 11.1/4" and final publication trim size of 8.1/4" x 10.7/8".
Full-page live area should be kept within 7.3/4" x 10.1/4".
Inserts – Not available.
Issuance and Closing Dates
a. Available in advance as PDF download beginning June.
b. Distributed to conference registrants on-site.
c. Space reservations due April 5, 2007.
d. Material due May 1, 2007. Extensions are not available.
e. Cancellations accepted no later than April 10, 2007.
Mechanical Requirements
a. Trim size/pages: 8-1/4" x 10-7/8" (perfect binding); approximately 200 pages.
b. Ad sizes in inches (width x depth)

c. Printing method and materials
* Printed by web press.
* Printed on 100 lb. premium paper.
* Ads can be submitted as PDF-X1, PDF, Postscript, EPS, or TIFF files. All high resolution images and fonts must be embedded in files. Images must be grayscale, 300 dpi.
Please include standard trim, bleed, and registration marks. Total area density should not exceed 300%. Grayscale images greater than 85% density may fill in on press. All required image trapping must be included in the file.
