Exhibitor Move-in and Installation: Thursday, June 19, 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Friday, June 20, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday, June 21, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Sunday, June 22, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Dismantle and Move Out Sunday, June 22, 12 Noon -5 p.m.
BOOTH CANCELLATIONS/REFUND POLICY
Because of the many advance preparations in connection with the NWSA Exhibit,
the cancellation deadlines are as follows:
50% refund for cancellations received before April 1, 2008.
No refund for cancellations received after that date.
TOTE BAG INSERTS
Reservations can be sent until June 15, 2008.
To ensure listing in the program, this must be submitted by April 15, 2008.
Materials should be delivered no later than June 15, 2008
BOOK SIGNING INFORMATION
Book signing information can be sent until May 1, 2008.
