Exhibitor Move-in and Installation: Thursday, June 19, 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Friday, June 20, 9a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday, June 21, 9a.m. to 7 p.m.
Sunday, June 22, 9a.m. to 12 p.m.
Dismantle and Move Out Sunday, June 22, 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
INSTALLATION
In the Installation section, any space not occupied by Friday, June 20 at noon may be canceled or reassigned without refund by NWSA.
For safety purposes, children under 16 years of age will not be permitted in the exhibit hall during the hours of installation and dismantling.
DISMANTLING EXHIBITS
Exhibitors are required to begin dismantling their exhibit by noon on Sunday, June 22, with move-out completed by 5 PM.
Exhibitors are required to be in the exhibit hall at the close of the show, as this is also the time the decorator will begin collecting such things as aisle carpeting, carpeting from individual booths, table drapes, etc. It is also a time of possible theft. For this reason, exhibitors are urged to pack their materials and make all arrangements with the show decorator, as to the disposition of their outgoing freight prior to leaving the exhibit hall.
