Provide us your Web address and be listed in a
preliminary exhibitor list on the NWSA Web site.
When filling out your exhibit contract, be sure to include your Web address.

Your company name, booth number, mailing address, and Web address (with link to your home page) will appear on the NWSA Conference web site beginning in May with periodic updates leading up to the conference.

Tell us your schedule for book signings.
Send us your schedule for author signings and we'll use the information in publicizing the exhibit hall. Book signing information can be sent until May 15, 2007.

Reserve a Tote Bag Insert (Conference Registration Package)
A limited amount of space is available in the Conference Registration Packets for exhibitors to include promotional items or flyers. Space is limited to product or service promotion and cannot be used to promote sessions that are part of the formal conference program.

NWSA Mailing List Rental
Mail to pre-registrants prior to the Conference. Reach the remainder of the market through NWSA. As an exhibitor, you can choose from lists including the NWSA general membership, Institutions, and Women's Centers.
